- I have 2.5 acres of yard and a large, complex irrigation system. Austin winterizes and restarts the system every year and they have for years. These guys know what they’re doing; they’re fast; they’re polite; they leave no mess; they are not expensive; AND THEY KNOW WHAT PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS. If something needs minor repair, they just do it, they don’t add extra charges and they don’t trample everything down like other companies do! They even fixed my expensive backflow preventer, digging it out & cleaning it from so much crud the city had declared it required replacement and a $900 fee – FOR NOTHING. I don’t know what the other reviewer’s issues were – maybe it’s an issue that was specific to them – I’ve cannot recommend this firm highly enough and I never write reviews, much less one like this.
